We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy Kitchen Team at Christchurch Casino.
The successful candidate will hold the relevant qualifications with ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen and be able to deliver a consistently high standard of up-market food in a kitchen expected to exceed 300 covers during a service period, whilst also demonstrating your ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of junior chefs with the expectation of stepping up in the absence of a senior chef.

As Christchurch’s premier entertainment venue, we are open until 3am during the week and operate 24 hours a day over weekends. You will need to be flexible and reliable, and be able to work a variety of shifts patterns that will include nights, weekends and public holidays.
